Hello and welcome to Blazed Brims, my name is Kellie and we are a small Australian company who create beautiful wide brimmed hats using our Aeon Nova 14 Elite CO2 laser cutter and engraver. We have been lasering and cutting things for about 4 years making home decor, earrings, decorations and doing craft parties. But then we found hats and have not looked back. It took some time and some trial and error but we have found the settings that work so well we had to share the results with Australia.

Making these hats has been a labour of love, early in the piece we discovered that the burning process degraded the integrity of the stitching of the brim. So after some effort and a little bit of learning new ways of crafting we restitch each brim after the design is burnt into the vegan suede hat. This reinforces the hat and creates a lasting product that won’t fall apart after one wear.
